Depending on the nature and size of the project we will advise of the next steps however, to meet your needs and fully understand project requirements, a site visit needs be organized for our team to review and assess the project live.

This part of the process usually starts with an on-site visit to help us plan and conceptualize your landscape design needs.. This part of the process is one of the most important, as it where we meet with the clients for the first time, understand their lifestyles and personal style, and also get a first feeling of the project particulars (water quality and source, soil quality, size and orientation of the garden and surrounding structures/buildings etc).

Following our site visit our landscaping designers will help turn your vision into a beautiful and functional garden design by drafting the overall conceptual plan, develop the garden master plan and budget and present in a scheduled meeting.

At this stage we typically sign the agreement that is supported by the garden master plan (provided in the form of architectural drawings together with the project timelines) and pay the initial deposit / retainer which is 30% of project cost.

Usually within 2-3 weeks from signing the landscape agreement we will start working on the project in order to deliver within the timeframe agreed. Our dedicated project manager will oversee the project from start till finish and will be available for any questions you might have on the process. Following the completion of the project 60% of the project cost will be billed for payment.

This final step of the process ensures client satisfaction and a checkpoint for us to deliver what we promised. We will walk through the project one final time together with the client to ensure all elements of the project have been addressed to. We remain available to answer any questions, provide you with some garden care tips depending on types of plant and trees you have in your garden. At this point we will require from the client to pay the remaining 10% of the project cost and request your honest online feedback.

However, in addition to the final walkthrough we will also revisit your garden both when the current planting season ends to assess your garden health but also during the project anniversary to ensure overall landscape is in line with what you have paid and what we have promised to deliver.
