Cool Down with a Garden-Inspired Lemon & Mint Iced Tea ๐Ÿ‹๐ŸŒฟ

Autumn afternoons can still be warm, making it the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing iced tea with a twist. If you have a garden (or even a sunny windowsill!), you probably have some fresh mint on hand. Letโ€™s turn that mint into a thirst-quenching iced tea with a zesty lemon flavor thatโ€™ll have you savoring every sip!

What Youโ€™ll Need:

1 liter of water

2-3 black tea bags (or green tea, if you prefer)

A handful of fresh mint leaves

1-2 lemons, sliced

Honey (optional, to taste)

Instructions:

Brew the tea in boiling water and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes.

While the tea is hot, add a handful of fresh mint leaves to infuse that crisp, refreshing flavor.

Once the tea cools down a bit, add lemon slices and sweeten it with honey if desired.

Pour the mixture over ice, garnish with a few extra mint sprigs, and enjoy!

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip: Add a few rosemary or basil leaves for an extra aromatic twist!
